Is there a free plan?
Yes. Our free plan includes all core safety features for up to 5 team members. No credit card required to get started.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period — no lock-in contracts.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We host on AWS infrastructure in the UK (eu-west-2) and follow industry-standard security practices.
Does MonarchOS work offline?
Yes. The mobile app works fully offline and syncs automatically when you're back online — essential for sites with poor or no connectivity.
What safety regulations does MonarchOS support?
MonarchOS supports RIDDOR (UK), OSHA (US), and SafeWork WHS (Australia). Incident reports include regulatory classification, deadline tracking, and reporting guidance tailored to your framework.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely by Polar. We support all major credit and debit cards. Invoices and tax compliance are managed automatically on your behalf.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export hazards, incidents, observations, and other records at any time. Your data always belongs to you.
Do you offer onboarding support?
Every account gets access to our documentation and email support. Paid plans include priority support and onboarding assistance to help your team get up and running quickly.
How does per-user pricing work?
You're charged based on the number of active team members in your organisation. You can add or remove members at any time and your bill adjusts automatically.
